THE CENTRE STAGE IS SET FOR BUSINESS AND INVESTMENTS IN ONDO STATE.....ACTING GOVERNOR, LUCKY AIYEDATIWA.

The sunshine state, Ondo state , flagged off her DEVELOPE ONDO INVESTMENTS SUMMIT at the international Culture and Event Center  in the capital city,  Akure. 

It is a three day summit and all works of life are present at the summit . This is the second edition of the summit. 

The acting governor of the state, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who is assiduously working hard to pull investments to the state pending on when the governor of the state, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu will be back from his sick leave, told pressmen that the state is set to invite investors  from all over to come and invest in Ondo State.

He also told Efosa Tv Channel that the Centre Stage Is Set in Ondo state for investors to come and invest.  We have secured environments,  beautiful landscapes,  natural resources  and of course,  we are one stop destination for beautiful tourism.  So, we invite investors to Ondo state now to come and invest, he said. 

Recall that before the past administration of Muhammadu Buhari stepped aside, the deep blue seaport was approved to set off operations as at when due. In a light , Ondo state is gradually opening her business doors to the rest of the world hence the investments summit 2023.


Amongst other things made known  by Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa was the capital base of $2 billion investments the state is expected to draw to herself.

The commissioner for Energy in Ondo state, Hon. Razaq Obe is the host of this year's summit and is also glad that investors are set to do business with them in ondo state.

But the big questions now will be: Is Ondo state really ready  for the rest of the world to come invest in their state? What will doing business be like in Ondo state in terms of taxation?
